AXIS-SXR-40: Large-Area Soft X-ray in-vacuum sCMOS camera
AXIS-SXR-40 is a large-area soft x-ray sCMOS camera for measurements from 20 eV to 2 keV. It is based on a new 37mm x 37mm backside illuminated scientific CMOS (BSI-sCMOS) which is able to acquire low noise 16 Mpix images with a frame rate up to 16 Hz through its through its optical link.
It is built to sit entirely under vacuum.
The mechanics have been designed to allow the user to bring the detector surface as very close to the sample under study.
As for software, a generic control application is provided. A SDK and a Tango device are also available.
